ORDERING
Please proofread your order
carefully before submitting. While we make every effort to proofread your order
for spelling and grammar, we cannot guarantee that we will catch all errors. It
is not possible for us to confirm spelling of names and locations, or accuracy of addresses and dates. While we cannot be responsible for errors that customers send us, if an error has occurred due to our staff
or printers, we will be more then happy to reprint the incorrect items at no cost to you.
ORDERING QUINCEANERA INVITATIONS
As we do not have anyone on staff who speaks or reads fluent Spanish,
we are unable to proof read your Quinceanera invitation for accuracy. Customers are responsible for all wording
for Quinceanera invitations and any items written in Spanish.
CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS
If you need to make changes
to, or cancel, your order, please contact us within 2 hours of submitting your order.
Once your order has been put into production it isn’t always possible to make a change, or to cancel, your personalized
order. If you need to make a change to a personalized order, please submit this
in writing to us via email at invitations@toinvite.com, or via fax at 1-253-859-9530. Putting
your request in writing will avoid any misinterpretations.
Non-personalized items can
be changed or cancelled at any time, if they have not been shipped.
RETURNS
Your satisfaction is our
#1 priority. If your non-personalized order has already been received, and you
are not satisfied with the item, you may return for refund, replacement or credit within ten (10) days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
There will be a $10 handling and restocking fee for any returned items. Prior
to returning your non-personalized items, please contact us for a Return Authorization Number.
If your personalized order
should contain an error that was caused by our staff or printer, we will be happy to reprint the order at no cost to you. If the mistake is a customer error, the customer is responsible for costs to reprint
the order, in addition to the shipping costs of the reprint.
DAMAGED GOODS
Should you receive
an item in damaged condition, please contact us within ten (10) days of delivery, via email at invitations@toinvite.com or toll free at 1-877-279-7205. We would be happy to work with you to provide you with a replacement of the damaged
item.
