Carlson Craft Invitation
Matching Envelope Addressing
 
It is necessary to print your envelopes at the same time as your invitation order,
therefore it is IMPORTANT that you enter your calligraphy order request
 BEFORE you place your invitation order.
 
BLACK OR COLORED LETTERING
OUTER ENVELOPE                               $1.25 each
BOTH OUTER AND INNER ENVELOPE   $2.40 each
 

ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS:
 
1.  Prepare your list of addresses and go to www.addressingonline.com.  Click onto "Click here to create a New User".  Fill out the registration and you will then receive your login information.  This registration allows you to save your address entries and to return to your work as your time allows.  Please SAVE YOUR PASSWORD!
 
2.  Choose your font and ink color.
 
3.  Choose between outer envelopes only or both outer and inner envelopes.
 
4.  Begin entering your addresses.  There is an addressing guide to assist you with questions.  You can also request assistance by emailing service@addressingonline.com.
 
5.  When you have entered all your addresses, you will be given an order number.  SAVE THIS ORDER NUMBER!
 
6.  Now proceed with placing your Carlson Craft invitation order at www.toinvite.cceasy.com.  Once you have completed your invitation order, 
call us at 1-877-279-7205, to let us know that you have a calligraphy order to match up with your invitation order.  It is important that you communicate with us IMMEDIATELY after you have placed your invitation order to allow us to match up your order.  (Please leave a voice mail, with the information listed below, if we are unable to take your call. We will confirm receipt of your information.)  Once your invitation order is into production, it is not possible to submit your envelopes for addressing, so this is an important step!
 
Your communication to us should include:
Your Name
Your invitation item number
Your Calligraphy Confirmation Number
Number of addresses entered
Whether your order is for Outer Envelopes only or both Inner and Outer.
 
You Are Done!  Your invitation order will be placed and you will receive your beautiful invitations with matching envelope addressing!  Please allow an additional 5 days for production on your order.
